We are currently recruiting for an experienced Dialler Manager or someone with strong call centre management experience with technical knowledge. This role is with a major financial organisation based in Northampton.
|
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitoring the predictive dialler on a daily basis – this includes monitoring lines, agents, campaigns and compliance thresholds
- Uploading and monitoring SMS, IVM and email campaigns
- Controlling pacing of SMS, IVM and dialler campaigns on a daily basis
- Reporting findings to Head of Operations on a daily basis
- Uploading web portal strategy campaigns
- Assist with ad hoc projects
- Any other duties assigned by manager
Preferred Skills
- Must be from a call centre background.
- Experience of managing multiple tasks/objectives simultaneously
- Previous dialler, SMS and IVM experience is necessary.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work under pressure
