My client is an international operation focused on providing a professional service and sound knowledge to their clients. Due to expansion my client is now seeking to recruit an experienced collections manager to help drive the performance and revenue of the collections team.

With a background in consumer collections, the successful candidate will be responsible for measuring KPIs, coaching and motivating the team, along with ensuring the department runs smoothly and effectively. The individual will be self motivated and possess a good eye for detail, along with a logical approach to problem solving.
