Manager Commercial UK & IRE
Location: Cardiff

..to accelerate the growth of a dedicated commercial team with dedicated sales and account managers.

Function description

· You will lead the Commercial department, covering UK and Ireland focusing on the defined market segments with a key focus to maximize across the revenue generation and profit margin contribution.


· You will implement the required commercial team resources, structures, processes and systems to achieve desired goals and results.

· You will manage through the available resource base the acquisition & integration of new clients, the identification of new prospects (through market research), the optimal service delivery & retention of the client base and development of the clients by delivering more our clients services.

· You will align targets and metrics with overall BU expectations; set out the Commercial targets and installs monitoring & communication structures across the different regions to monitor performance delivery.

· You will align with the available marketing resources the efforts required for the target segment to define the potential segments, create market awareness and ensure optimal acquisition of new clients and retention /development of existing client base.

· You will visit key potential new client opportunities and existing clients, driving closure of new business opportunities.

.  Specific attention will be:

· Driving the commercial effectiveness

· Re-focus on Client Support

· Upgrading client base

· Growing the Irish market

 

Candidate

· Bachelor or University degree

· At least 10 years of international working experience in a multinational business service environment

· Minimum of 8 years sales leadership experience of a commercial resource base in a service industry; International experience a must

· You know the customers we talk to!

· 10+ years of successful B2B sales experience with accomplished solution selling

· Proven track record in acquiring, retaining and developing client base. Attained delivery though available commercial resource base

· Experience and proven record in developing relationships with high profile companies and dealing with top decision makers.

· Strong leadership, organizational, management, coaching & people development skills.

· Drive, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize and achieve deadlines.

· Provide train and coaching, mentoring to develop team members. Willing to share knowledge and expertise.

· Self starter, entrepreneur, customer orientation, motivator & energizer for delivery, builder result focused and or pioneer with hands on mentality

· Well-known within and knowledge of the corporate/ financial world

· Experience within the international collection industry is an advantage

· Excellent language skills in English and preferably a second foreign language

· Willingness to travel internationally
