An established Debt Collection Agency based in Camberley, Surrey is seeking a departmental Operations Manager to help run and provide direction to a new division within the business dealing with post-judgment enforcement.

The position is based in the company’s head office with occasional off-site visits. On a day-to-day basis, the role will involve overseeing transfer of cases from the County Courts to the High Court for enforcement and management of our team of field-based Enforcement Officers. There will also be scope for developing the business, working closely with our Sales Manager to consider new markets for our High Court Enforcement service.

The position would ideally suit a newly qualified solicitor or experienced paralegal with debt collection experience in the B2B sector. The right candidate will have a high level of commercial awareness and be able to contribute to the business in its entirety.

Starting salary will be in the region of £20-£22k plus bonus.
